    This is a resource list for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). There are alot of resources out there and I plan to continue adding to this list as I come across things I have found valuable.

    ADHD 2.0

    This book gives you a revolutionary perspective on the ADHD brain. It teaches you how the ADHD brain works and how to optimize your life working with your interest-driven brain. It also proposes the idea that there are people who may have not been born with ADHD but may have “variable attention trait”. This book teaches you to embrace Neurodiversity, find the right kind of difficult to keep you interested, and change your life.

    Limitless

    Jim Kwik is the world’s #1 brain coach. He teaches celebrities to memorize scripts and speeches. He has courses on how to speed read and memorize everything. We are always told WHAT to learn but he focuses on teaching people HOW to learn. This book is not specific for ADHD but much of his lessons are useful for optimizing the ADHD brain. We have a problem with working memory which is an additional obstacle and this book offers actionable methods to start training your brain to improve.

    ADDitude Mag has tons of articles and resources. You can use this questionnaire to check if you might have ADHD. If you do, you should confirm with a medical professional.

    CHADD.org is another great resource to find support.

    Attention Deficit Disorder Association is a great resource for newly diagnosed.

    Jessica McCabe has a YouTube channel called How to ADHD that will teach you about the ADHD brain and tons of methods that can help with everyday struggles.

    Tracy Otsuka has a podcast called ADHD for Smart Ass Women and they interview tons of inspiring women and discuss multiple ways of addressing daily challenges.
